The Hilton HHonors site is so bad, I can’t even think of where to begin. After a ridiculous login procedure (“we currently experience difficulty accessing our user profiles”), and spending precious minutes on finding out where I could redeem my points as air miles— it just showed me a “site maintenance” screen.
